Seems that to be able to add multiple source in a MapBox Studio project, those sources are separated by a comma: "source1,source2". (That's a very poor format, but that's another debate.)
As I'm working on adding MapBox Studio styles support to Kosmtik, I know I will face this too. And I would love to be able to use MapZen tiles, as they are open so they can be a good entry point for beginners.
I have a workaround in mind, but I'm giving you the information, for discussion.
