No change of signer binary. Building with ./build.sh gives exact same key pair.

  • Use tagged versions of tkeyclient, tkeysign, tkeyutil.
  • Update all Go packages, probably closing Update go-serial to build for darwin #103 with modern Go compilers as well.
  • Modernize/harmonizes build script.
  • Use build script directly in CI & split linting to its own CI job, removing the gotools directory.

I added so the makefile adapts to darwin.
