Enhance example (testing) database seeder

Enhancing the Seeder Class would allow developers to easily understand how a typical scenario would be from a clear example.

It is possible that at this moment it isn't that way. However, the seeder is already built and just needs review and a few changes. This can be discussed along the User Manual generation task to address the most important changes that should take place in the seeder.
