How to use:

1. Include jquery:
2. Include iscrollable.js and iscrollable.css in your html head section:
3. Change css styles in iscrollable.css or iscrollable.less to your liking.
4. Call $.iscrollable on the element to which you want to apply the scrollbar:

$('.content').iscrollable();
