[Bug]: unsupported expression argument node type 112 when calling _timescaledb_internal.get_partition_hash

What happened?

When calling the _timescaledb_internal.get_partition_hash function from a procedure or immutable function, the query fails with the error message Query 1 ERROR: ERROR: unsupported expression argument node type 112.
I could not find any additional info in the logs.

I initially ran into this bug on 2.7.0 and thought it might be related to: #4489. Therefore i tried upgrading to 2.7.2 where this issue should be fixed, but it seems to not fix this.

@AlmiS thanks for reporting... I've provided a fix for it in #4583 that will be shipped in next major or minor release.
