Due to the networking --net=host the container uses a copy of the /etc/resolv.conf file which is not updated when the dns changes. This relates to name resolution errors when the container runs for a while. Also, the --dns param does not work because of this.

The docker container needs to be restarted in the dns changes. This is the only possible fix I know at the moment.
