Updated to Lift 2.5-SNAPSHOT and added Scala 2.9.2 to the list of cross-build versions. I also cleaned up SBT plugins a bit. In particular, the GPG-signing plugin seems to recommend being installed globally, and it blocked me from building locally since I didn't have GPG installed on this laptop..
