SpannableUtils

a library encapuslating the usage of SpannableString in the form of builder pattern.
封装了SpannableString的API方便调用

import

in the build gradle of the root project：
根目录的build.gradle中添加：

allprojects {
	repositories {

	}
}

in the build gradle of the module：
当前工程的build.gradle中添加：
