Screen does not work on Raspbian 9 (Stretch)

I tried to use my Tingbot with Raspbian stretch, but there is no way to make the screen work...

I copied the overlay file, configured cmdline.txt and config.txt but still nothing....

Any idea on how to make it work?

maybe is it the screen that came with it

bc i had same promblem
and i fixed it my self but if it is the screen it came with i have no idea how to fix it
