Feature

• --test-jobs <NUMBER> allows to specify a different test execution parallelity level than the provided --jobs / -j flag

Bugfix

• Code in submodules is rebuilt only when changed
• Fix crash when building a subfolder of a project with submodules
• Subfolder builds of project with submodule are correctly mirrored (only submodules within the built subfolder are mirrored)
• Dependencies fetched via a Git annotated tag reference in { "@" : "vX.X.X" } are now properly authenticated
• Remote tipi .run command properly synchronizes sources up and allow using subfolder paths.
