Python version 2.7.6 [GCC 4.8.2] and numpy version 1.8.2.

============================== Using DORAEMON for prediction:

USER INPUT: Sequence file of protein of interest in fasta format (Note: File name has to be given as protein.fa; use < 10 alphanumeric characters)

USAGE: $ python DORAEMON.py

=========== Example 1:

USER INPUT: Example1.fa

EXAMPLE RUN: $ python DORAEMON.py Example1.fa

OUTPUT: Example1_DORAEMON.txt

(Note: Example1.fa and Example1_DORAEMON.txt in working directory)
