acs_db

Parses large master database of ACS stuff (and more) into separate tables.

Basic web interface.

Instructions:

1. download the master .csv file (with all variables) into data/.
2. in project root create directory script_out and data_out
3. run ./createDatabase.sh
4. run python acs_lookup.py.
