Picture & Name Conflict

When I want to change picture of already existing group it let me do that but it won't be practically done & also when i delete it and I try to create a new group and same name as the deleted one the picture of the old one appears again !

Give it a new name if possible, just been trying to sort the same issue and that seems to be the only fix.
