A new way to provide assignment directions for quizzes.

Currently, the only way to use Tin quizzes is with external resources. Students receive a piece of paper with the instructions, which they use to submit. However, this poses some problems, especially with virtually-run quizzes.

The ideal solution would be a new field for quiz objects, similar to the assignment description, named "quiz instructions." This field will only be displayed to students after they click "Begin Quiz," ensuring that they're in a restricted and monitored environment the whole time. It would additionally support markdown as described in #8.

This issue should probably be attempted after the resolution of #10.
