  1. Use req.path to allow for cache busting headers 

    This updates any lookups to use `req.path` to allow for static asset requests that involve a cache-busting timestamp query.

For example, `/static/styles.css?a1b2c3` will now lookup `/static/styles.css` and preserve the `?a1b2c3` query when being converted into a compressed request.
