1. Rough guide to enable compatibility for Node 5 …

   I am not a javascript programmer, but making these "CRUDE" changes to work around default parameters enabled this package to work perfectly with Node 5.12 (and probably below).
   
   This allows me to use Node 5 which fixes a lot of issues with laravel Elixir etc at the moment.
