Significant refactoring to the liquibase.gradle buildfile/lightweight…

… plugin.

All configuration is now kept in a map called 'database' in the project object. This map is populated by default from a series of system properties or with values from database.properties (if found).
Task code was cleaned up in general.
Any system properties used by tasks requiring for configuration parameters are now prefixed with 'liquibase.' for disambiguation.
