[Feature]: Select only fully contained elements when dragging the mouse from left to right

What's the feature?

When the mouse moves from right to left, keep the current action: select any element that comes into contact with the selection box. But when dragging the mouse from left to right, only fully contained elements are selected.

Sometimes it is difficult to select small rectangles that are contained within a larger rectangle, but it is much easier to do so.

Some EDA software is often designed this way.

You can hold Ctrl / Command to only select when selection fully contains an element. Under the preferences you can even toggle if you would like that to be the default (and then Ctrl / Command does the opposite).
