Sync-Button not working

Hi again ;-)

I'm trying to rekord a spline path following this tutorials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytmOcSx2yE4
Unfortunately the syncing seems not to work.
As shown in the tutorial:

• I'm loading a replay
• switching to F5 Cam
• try to hit "SYNC" => but nothing happens not even a visual feedback that the button has been clicked

What I think should haben is that Camtool should start playing the replay und syncing itself to it. If I follow
the rest of the forementioned tutorial (thats is switchung to spline and record and then moving the camera
while the replay is running) the spline path is recorded and played back but "out of sync" meaning the
camera motion is played back but the car is not in the place where the motion originally was recorded.

Hope I made clear what I meant. If not please ask me specifics so that I can clarify.

Thanks to reporting this. Do you have this problem also on the original camtool app? I'm not sure if it's really a bug or more a problem with the app not clear to understand. This sync button is only supposed to make the time position work instead of the distance position. A sync is needed for this case.

But you are right, the best way would be to not have this button and make camtool handle this kind of things alone.

Just reinstalled the original camtool app and followed the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytmOcSx2yE4), syncing button works and recording and playback of camera movement worked like it was shown in the tutorial. But only when I move the camera with the keyboard, but not using the dronecam. (all with the orignal app). I can record the screen of what I did (original app vs your improved version) if this may help you understanding and analyzing what I mean.

For me I caused an error with the button I can't click SYNC to synchronise time with camtool
