G36 bugfixes

• 100 round mix tracers and 100 round IRDIMs had tracersevery = 0, is fixed.
• 30 round subsonic mag had a typo in the displayname and was not in the magazinelist macro (and therefore missing from both NIArms guns and the compat'ed guns), is fixed.

I also wanted to fix the displayname of the MP5A5 to include the HK prefix, but uhm... it ain't on GitHub. Looks like you didn't upload that file to the public repo after the spring cleaning in early 2018, which would explain why it was outdated in all of those other ways.

This obviously can't be merged after the introduction of stringtables. I see both text fixes I mention here have been included, but the other areas haven't been committed yet. I'll leave it open as a reminder about tracers and the maglist, and will pick it back up (or just throw it out completely) once you are done committing spring cleaning 2019.
