Implement

It's a classic rails project. Everyone can use tig or view the source code to know how to build a simple website with rails and heroku.

1. Initialize the rails project.
2. Generate the model, view and controller of idol and comment.
3. Migrate the database.
4. Generate static page controller and action for home page.
5. Add Bootstrap and css for the website.
6. Active in travis-ci.org and add .travis.yml.
7. git push heroku master to deploy the website.
