- New 1882-style stock market.
- 6 possible par values: 67, 71, 76, 82, 90, 100.
- Companies in yellow don't count against the owner's cert limit.
- Companies in orange are like yellow, and the president can own more than 60%.
- Companies in brown are like orange, and the president can purchase multiple shares from the IPO and/or bank pool in a single buy action.
- Player actions are now sell-buy-sell, instead of sell-buy.
- Companies float at 50%, not 60%.
- 2 fewer of 2-trains, 3-trains, 4-trains, and 1 fewer 5-train.
- The D-train now costs $1100, with a $300 discount for trade-ins.
- Do not export trains.
- In addition to the normal gane-end conditions, when any company reaches the "300 Game End" space, end the game at the end of that round. If it happens to an "all sold" company at the end of the stock round, the game ends immediately.
