Determine max-depth on a per-image basis

When the base images has different sizes, the bottom level differs. Instead of having a fixed bottom level, it needs to be calculated based on the image size. This affects all 3 levels: basic, renderand redirect.

Symptom: If a starting image is "too small", it cannot be zoomed past basic-level.
