Bump minimum supported Rust to 1.25. #465

Currently, 1.27 is the latest released Rust version.

This is in preparation to bump the crossbeam dependency to 0.4.

I try to not increase minimum required version in my own libs without it being a breaking change, but I can't control dependencies. I definitely get why this is useful for tokio, and it seems like the right choice. And hyper's policy is still covered, since it acknowledges it can't stop dependencies :)
