Suggested some changes for the Forwarder contract. Happy to discuss.
To allow off-boarding, I think some kind of convenience functions are useful (left to do). This avoids another relayed transaction (via meta tx) to off-board. Instead, the tech-savvy offboarded user can call these functions himself by using the private key he obtained throughout off-boarding.
