e.g., *DUMP or *VOLS (with lots of volumes).

The Beeb has a tendency to get stuck.

Press BREAK and all seems well again.

Noticed on Mojave/Apple drivers.

Couldn't reproduce on Catalina/FTDI drivers.

          Fix UPURS receive buffer size.
