… they had to be very old (RAR5 was added to 7z 15.12 (2015-11-19).

Impatiuent as I am, this is a PR for #13. I'm really unsure if this is the way to approach this, but here's a (briefly tested) suggestion:
InArchiveFormat.Rar4.I also had to update the included 7z .dll's, as the ones in the repo could not identify the RAR5 archive. The ones included in this PR are from 18.05 (currently latest released version).
I could not get the test applications in SevenZip.sln to work (before or after my changes), so there's a good chance I've missed something...
