Add exclusion file list

Would it be possible to add an exclusion file list. An example issue is .env files which are not handled but viasfora, but the extension stops other extensions to work on the file

@AntoineAzzo I haven't run into this issue before. Can you give me an example of a configuration where this happens? In general, all of Viasfora's rules are tied to the content type of the file, so unknown files shouldn't be getting affected.
