From what I've seen AppleDoc only supports generating documentation for Objective-C classes and categories. Objective-C is a super-set of C (and C++). To be complete AppleDoc needs to support documentation on #define macros, C-functions and (perhaps one day) C++ classes & templates.
I'd settle for supporting preprocessor macros and C functions.

Closing for now, at the moment 3.0 parses enums and structs, but not yet functions and defines - will decide about these later on. Check #2 for progress.
