First release (alpha)

Basic project with some improvents:

🎨 Added fire particles on top of lava.
🎨 Set canvas width to 100%.
🎨 Character drops on first plataform.
🛠 Loaded all images using loadImage() method.
🛠 Reorganized file structure for better management.
🛠 Added DebugConsole for platforms and coins.
🐜 Fixed incorrect source file reference in styles.css.
