Clash Perpetuation is a top-down RPG game created using Java programming language and Greenfoot game engine. It was developed as a school project for 10th grade computer science. The objective of the game is to control a golden knight character who must defeat all enemies to advance to different maps and win the game.
To install and play the game, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/tomkuttler/Clash-Perpetuation
- Open Greenfoot
- Click on Open Project and navigate to the cloned repository directory
- Select the project.greenfoot file and click Open
- Press enter to start the game
- Use WASD to move the character
- Click to attack with a melee weapon or to shoot an arrow with a ranged weapon
- Defeat all enemies to advance to the next map
- Collect potions to heal your character
- Defeat the boss in the last map to win the game
- Top-down view
- Multiple maps to explore
- Upgradable weapons with different stats
- Challenging enemy AI
- Simple and intuitive controls
