Running positive results in invalidly profiled output TIFFs, when linear input files are Grayscale and have a Gray-elle-v4-g10.icc profile. At least Bridge will have difficulties in rendering a preview image, and Photoshop will complain on the ICC profile.

Workaround for now: pass --desaturate as well: positive -an --desaturate --gamma auto
