This section will give you some hints to be sure of correct configuration of Processmaker server in order to be able to run it with GLPI ProcessMaker plugin.

Clear Cache

To clear server cache and to force reload of form metadata and html template cache

To define timezone of the server, the memory limit, and the session lifetime (session duration).

Notes:

1. Proxy is not used by GLPI ProcessMaker plugin
2. Session lifetime (=duration) must be greater or equal to GLPI session lifetime
