Commit 113e12a added two lines for
system browser in the docs. This causes errors with multiple helptag
generators.

This PR fixes #20.

After seeking g:tlib#sys#system_browser in the codes, I find that g:tlib#sys#system_browser (default: ...) is actually commented. The code is here.
