Pick individual cheats from file to add to Atmosphere cheat VM.
No limit set on the number of cheats that can be load into the pick list.
Up to 127 cheats can be picked from the pick list. The number of cheats that can be pick depends on how many cheats were already loaded into the cheat VM.

Say you have 300 cheats for some game. Now you don't have to edit it down to 127 or 128 (if you have master cheat). You can have all 300 cheats in one file and just pick the one you want to use.

Atmosphere's limit: 1 master cheat 127 normal cheats. There is no API for app to add master cheat to VM. The only way to have master cheat loaded in VM is for dmnt to load it when the game launch. If you use Breeze to load a file master cheat will be converted to a normal cheat.
