Doesn't start on Mavericks

Not sure if this is a Yosemite only tool, but I'm getting the following on Mavericks.

$ open /Applications/AnyBar.app
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10825 for the file /Applications/AnyBar.app.

Thanks @tonsky, unfortunately still doesn't work. I get the same error as before.

When I try to launch it via double clicking, I get

What if you just force the Minimum system version key in Info.plist to be 10.9? Seems to work fine for me on Mavericks when I do that.

@jonfriskics cat you try 0.1.2 from releases? https://github.com/tonsky/AnyBar/releases/tag/0.1.2 It looks like it has a correct plist, so should work out of the box. Can you confirm?
