I made the fixing of encoding of all language files in my fork. You can copy and past the texts from here. Be careful, that the other structure of the files is different.

If you want to fix the issue here you are welcome, but it is not a good practice to write HERE that you have fixed this in your fork. I hope you understand me and there will be no more such posts.

@tonytomov : I wrote the user @ThaDafinser where he can find the correct texts. It was not absolutely easy to restore the correct texts. So I want just help him (and you) to fix the problem with the lowest expense.

If you don't want that that I post any information in the issues of your repository, it's no problem. I can stop to do this.
