[BUG] "Hide Closed Accounts" and "Hide Blue Help (?) Button" options no longer add toggles to the user menu

Describe the bug

The descriptions for these options say,

Hide closed accounts from the sidebar. They can then be toggled using the button added to the User Menu (click your e-mail).

Hide the blue help (?) button in the bottom right corner of the screen. The button can then be toggled using the button added to the User Menu (click your e-mail).

I am pretty confident these options used to work, though my memory is a bit hazy on it.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate one or both of the two settings
2. Go to YNAB, open the user menu
3. See error / don't see buttons

Expected behavior

There should be buttons offering to toggle the Closed Accounts section and the blue support button.
