Category Filter isn't filtering categories

Describe the bug
Category Filter is added, but it isn't filtering when I try to enter any text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Budget' , enable "Add Category"
2. The category text field appears.
3. Type anything in the text field,
4. Filtering isn't working correctly. It's showing some categories but incorrectly.

Setting Export
Please replace the text 'REPLACE_ME_WITH_SETTINGS' below with your exported Toolkit settings. You can export these by going to the Toolkit Options page, click the Import/Export Settings button at the top right and copying the text in the modal which appears.

Note! DO NOT replace the leading and trailing ``` characters as they are required formatting characters.
