As I read about the issue on the reprap forums, I thought it would be a good idea to bring the issue here.
There seems to ne a new version of the Leicke 24V PSU that is listed in the BOM.
It's bigger and has the power inlet in another spot. Therefore the listed PSU wont fit into the inclosure without blocking the fan fan on that side.
Please refer here:

Here is exactly the right place to bring the the issue.

New/modified files are linked below this message. As i don't have the new style Leicke PSU all parts are modified based on the given data. In this status, all parts are to be treated as prototypes.
Please test the files and give a feedback.

We just need
"TR_1x_PSU_mount_back_Leicke_24V_150W_new_style_v1_1.xxx"
and
"TR_1x_PSU_mount_front_Leicke_24V_150W_new_style_v1_1.xxx"
as step and stl and the package for the new style PSU would be ready.

When everything is complete, tested and fine the files will be moved into main directories.

The modified files look ok to me.
But no need to enlarge the cutout for the IEC-socket if we anyway don't consider the old style PSU.
It only has to be moved down by 8mm.

Attached the new PSU_mounts.

Hello Lars,
I just found a little flaw at the moved fan-cutout. Maybe you can clean that.
Thanks!

The new back and right pieces fit for the new Leicke 24V PSU version. The upper border for the power inlet can be lowered by about 8mm for a cleaner look (optional).
The new printed mounts for the PSU fit aswell (thanks @3dbaz !)
Fans should come in tomorrow, I'll report back if the right fan also fits.

Hello,
I moved the upper edge of the power inlet-cutout also down by 8mm. And i cleaned the little "burr" at the moved fan-cutout (as shown above).
Attached the new files.

Hello,
I also adapted a cutout of the bottom part because the new psu has a bigger ferrite bead.

files for old PSU are now moved to folder "outdated files"

files for new PSU are now moved to production and source file folders.

  • the upper border for the power inlet is now lowered by 8mm, should look clean again
  • cutout for ferrite is added

thanks for help

I will close the issue in some days as everything should be fine now.
