Show confirmation dialog before disable login in admin panel

In the the admin panel, desactivate login is a link and there's no confirmation before doing so, there should be a confirmation before disabling a login to avoid accidental desactivation.

if you accidentally deactivate a login, just click the link again to reactivate it
