Make it clear from the Profile Directory how to list your account on the profile directory #9833

Pitch

I propose that, while the user is logged in to the web UI and on the profile directory page (/explore), there should be a clear indicator of either if the user's account is set to be listed on the profile directory, or how the listed profiles are selected (enabled accounts w/ 10+ followers). This might take to form of adding the "List this account on the directory" tickbox currently in profile settings to the profile directory page, or alternatively a message saying something along the lines of "your account is not listed on the profile directory because you have not allowed this in your profile settings / have less than 10 followers".

Motivation

As a user who saw the profile directory before reading up on the mechanics behind it from the Github PRs and issues, as well as the note on the checkbox in the profile settings, my initial expectations were that it would list all of the account on this instance. I also think that this will be the expectations of most users, since few users visit their profile settings often, and might skim over the brief description of how the Profile Directory works. From this perspective, I was quite surprised when I saw the berries.space profile directory having only a small handful of accounts. For several days, I thought that the feature was just broken, and had no idea that I had to manually enable my account for it to show up.

Simply adding a few lines of text would make the information presented on the profile directory much clearer to the users, and much more useful as well.
