Change list of known instances to a table with additional information per instance. Add awoo.space and gay.crime.team

This PR is a series of updates to further promote the existence of instances other than mastodon.social. The list of other instances on GitHub is now more robust and provides information about each instance. I have also added more instances to the list, such as awoo.space and gay.crime.team.
I have added a link on the front page while logged out, next to the source code link, which goes to the list of other instances, so new users are invited to explore their options. Right now it's in a subtle location since this is a change for mastodon the software. I think that for mastodon.social the link could be made more prominent. Though that's something gargron would have to do.
