Requirements in OS

on Debian, Ubuntu:

1) sudo apt-get update

2) sudo apt-get install build-essential libpoppler-cpp-dev pkg-config python-dev

on Fedora, Red Hat:

sudo yum install gcc-c++ pkgconfig poppler-cpp-devel python-devel redhat-rpm-config

To run

python3 pip install > requirements.txt
python3 pdftoaudio.py <path-to-folder-with-pdf-files>

on 429 exception
