IPAD- The page load time is taking long and the content showing scrambled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the link in IPAD
2. check how long the page load and check the content in the page
3. the content is not clear and it is scrambled

Actual result:
the page load long time and the contents are scrambled

Expected result:
the page should load faster and the contents should be clear
