Support populating details for multiple members during project creation

During the fix of the issue appirio-tech/connect-app#3723 we added code to populate project member who created a project by user details via #28

The current logic only supports one member during project creation which is always true for now. But to avoid possible issues in the future, in case we create project without member or with multiple members we should support 0 or 2+ members during project creation in this logic.

We can retrieve details for several members in parallel.
