[$400] Add content drop down from Dash.js sample player

On the dash.js sample player (https://reference.dashif.org/dash.js/v3.0.0/samples/dash-if-reference-player/index.html), there's a dropdown for various test streams. I'd like to get this into our sample player to make testing easier.
