It looks like there was an update to Heroku's backend stack. The error I'm seeing is...

I'm going to try and upgrade the stack from cedar-14 -> heroku-16.

I put the app in maintenance mode until I figure out what's going on with production. I'll be doing all of the testing on the staging environment[1]. On the staging environment is relatively stable again, I'll witch production back on.
