This adds an OAM Viewer Widgets for the Debugger, as well as re-licenses the entire project under GPL 馃槃 See the issue for reasoning.
Also, this moves around the memory, and makes it more dependent on itself. So we only need to know sizes, and locations are known at compile time 馃槃
