3.3.1 is only in trunk. The release version is 3.2.0.

Note that I kept the FPU initialization as it was in the ./x86_64/x86_64.inc

The work has been committed at branch fixfor#350. I am currently figuring out how to ease the patching of the fpc source code.

I forked the freepascal git repository and create a new branch named fpc-3.2.0 in which the required changes are applied.

* Update bootloader
* Remove hlt when idle and fix bug in ThreadCreate()
* Issue #418: Update README.md
